Boston Baked Peanuts
2 cups raw Spanish peanuts
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1 tsp salt
In heavy skillet cook peanuts, sugar and water until water is absorbed. Stirring constantly. Once peanuts look evenly sugared, sprinkle them salt.
Transfer to a lightly greased pan and spread in a single layer.
Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees, stirring them after 5 minutes.
Cool and then eat!
